I want you to put comfortable, and write that image in your mind, close your eyes and imagine yourself sitting by the river,
listening to the sound of the water hitting the rocks, and passing, and the water falling down the waterfall, the sound of birds, and smell of fresh air that only nature can give,
is a quiet, very calm, where you can breathe,and be free,
you can breathe deep, and every time you breathe, is even deeper, ever deeper, and will begin to feel the muscles face relaxed, and the shoulders, arms, and continue breathing deeper and deeper, and now your body is completely relaxed, and finally the legs, relaxed, and keep breathing, ever deeper, listening to the river and the birds ...
